I've just returned from a stay at this hotel, and while it has a fantastic location close to Pier Village with great food options, my overall experience was mixed. The service was quite hit or miss, and the room I had was in dire need of updates. However, the dining experience was excellent, despite being a bit pricey. Overall, the hotel offers some great amenities, but certain aspects left me wanting more.

My room was in need of updating and had a terrible view, which was disappointing. It did not offer many options for seating or hooks to hang clothes.

Service

The service could have been warmer; there were issues with our reservations not showing up in the system. However, one of the staff members who helped with the beach chairs was amazing.

Location

The location is really the standout feature of this hotel; it's close to Pier Village, which is bustling with restaurants and shops. However, trying to get back to the lobby from the 7th floor was a bit of a hassle.

Dining at the hotel was a highlight for me. The meals were excellent despite one of our orders being missed, but it was quite expensive and not clearly advertised.
